We are a team of healthcare professionals with expertise in innovative technology, data science, and population health management. We worked together in launching and growing Eliza Corporation, the industry leading healthcare engagement and analytics company.
Our clients included national health plans, PBM’s, behavioral health organizations, and providers. The Eliza platform manages engagement for over 75 million US healthcare consumers, and our big data analytics supports tens of billions of claims (medical, diagnoses and procedures, Rx), self-reported engagement data, and SDoH records. From our experience at Eliza, and in analyzing the current healthcare landscape, we realized that most healthcare organizations continue to struggle when it comes to leveraging data analytics at scale. Specifically, we saw a gap in the adoption and management of the new technologies required to optimize risk management and population health solutions – programs that must perform at the highest level for healthcare organizations to realize their true Triple AIM potential. Invoking our collective experience to this cause, the healthcare consulting arm of Equilibrium Point was born!
Our on-demand professional services in population health management utilize the latest technology, automation tools, and data science. Recent projects have included population management insights and ROI measurement, predictive risk analytics and adjustment, and integration of legacy programs/systems into common workflows and data frameworks.
